Someone told me to download something called Lightshot but not sure if that is the best choice.

Actually you can do it just using your basic PC tools. If you have windows on a laptop or desktop, you can:
1- open the payment processor you received payout in,
2- open the transaction of that payout
3- on your keyboard, Press PrtScn
4- Open "Paint" program
5- Press "Ctrl + v"
6- Edit the image to your needs (hide your email/name, crop the image to show only the transaction details)
7- Save the final image to your PC
8- Upload it to one of the image sharing sites like imgur.com
9- Use the link of the image you uploaded on a post here to share your payment proof
That should be it.
