I've had replies that way within a few days. Unfortunately, even though this forum was launched with some enthusiasm at the time, the support in here's been extremely slow. Thankfully they check support tickets a lot more often though!

We apologize for the inconvenience. That was a test contest, and I forgot to stop it.
