Administrative Message #210 - Email Problems (Bounced / Delayed)
Hello Monkeybizzers


We are having problems with many email providers. Members are not receiving paid emails, or unable to reset passwords, receive support ticket notifications, and more. Some email providers are boucing or delaying PTR related emails. The list of those email providers is:

Yahoo
AOL
YMail
Comcast
RocketMail
Rogers
BTInternet
Sky


If you are using an email from these providers, your settings have been changed to receive paid emails in "Site only inbox". You need to use Gmail emails if you have one, open a new gmail account here:
https://mail.google.com/mail

You can request to change your email using our support ticket system here:
http://monkeybizs.com/support
But you may not receive email notifications for our replies. Just make sure to use a gmail account when submitting a new ticket.
